How "good" do you have be to get into Digital Art tools/shortcuts? They're powerful, but from what I've seen they create some devastating crutches on plenty of artists that are starting. Like, I've seen people deficient on knowing about values, because you can use Photoshop to autocontrast your piece. Also, a lot of artists can't render textures by themselves because they just use overlaid images as substitute.
