I made some small changes to your interpretation.

The face is a bit flat for my taste, the sharp chin and very round head made the overall shape bulbous as well.

I think your hand is somewhat too large, at that size it looks like she could grip around the width of her thigh. I also feel like from this angle the wrist would have to be in an extremely bent position to look like that.

It should be possible to see at least some of the forearm from this view, at the very least it looks less awkward than having the hand float.
