This seems like a retarded thing to ask, but is there some kind of trick or method to determining which leg connects to which side of the hips, particular with models wearing skirts?
In this particular case, the artist is just bad at communicating what's going on with the legs, but I've had the same problem with reference photos. I understand that a leg isn't symmetrical and that the gastrocnemius muscle is "wider" on the inside, but especially on women there's often barely a difference.
