It sounds to me like this guy has learned himself into a helplessness hole so deep he can't even see the sun anymore.

You identify as a retard, and retards don't draw, so you won't draw. ADHD, autism, whatever the fuck. You believe it, and so you become it. And you refuse to see beyond it. And so you let it rule you.
You try to draw, you try new things, but the new things are too hard, so you give up! Then because you know no things, you lack the confidence to try things at all anymore. So, as a result, you effortlessly lean back into your comfortable retardedness that you know so well. You do what's easy. You pick up your phone. You scroll. You make another thread asking for advice.

What you are really doing is avoiding pain. You are avoiding the pain of learning. You are avoiding the pain of making differences in your life. You are avoiding the pain of change.

Unfortunately, art, drawing, making an Amazon Account, etc... all these things involve some modicum of Pain. Lots of pain. Constant pain. The greatest artists of all time that we read about in history books and on Wikipedia and shit were able to suffer through this pain. That's what made them great. And it's because you lack the CONFIDENCE to start and the PERSERVERANCE to keep going that you will never be able to face that pain and work through it. And the more you believe in your retardation symptoms holding you down the more likely it is you will never able to OVERCOME them.
You will never suffer. And so, by sticking to that principle, you will never draw.
