>finish sketch after spending a huge amount of time on it
>some parts look perfect due to putting in a huge amount of care and detail, and some are littered with unneeded/ugly lines and small marks and the like
>know if i try to start a layer for linework i can never perfectly replicate this beautiful specimen, instead try to fix the parts of the sketch that are bad
>looks terrible compared to the original sketch, realise i have terminal autism
there is no way to win bros. i think the problem is that i put too much time into the sketch, making it detailed and good looking when i should just be capturing the idea, and save refinement for a separate layer. that's probably the only way to make sure the linework isnt stiff in the end
