Habit, legitimately. I've already cut /v/ out of my life but I've been lying to myself, pretending I still need to browse /ic/ on the off chance I find something helpful (I won't)
Eventually I'll finally outgrow this website entirely and move on to greener pastures, but until then I'm still here taking the same bait posted day in and day out.

Since being an artist online is akin to being a z-list eceleb, has anyone else decided to never interact personally with anyone ever on their art account(s)?
It seems that talking and making friends is risky since whenever they feel like it they can post a twitlonger, personal info, and charlogs about you and ruin your little social media empire.
It's not even as simple as saying 'well just don't be a bad person', because the criteria for being a bad person' changes all the time, on top of people being just vengeful.

How hard is it to "make it" with zero networking and bare minimum public interaction ?
