First you have to delude yourself into thinking you're capable of reaching that.
Consider the value of your life if you can achieve those lofty goals vs if you can't, now consider anything less than success to be a life wasted.
Have no fear of failure and go all out to achieve your dreams.


Then you have to actually work hard.
No matter how you're feeling at the present time, no matter what problems you're facing all that matters is that you continue working on your craft. When you look back and see how the week went all you will look at is the work you created, so work hard and get shit done.


And finally you must obey yourself.
Imagine your mind and your body as separate entities, your body is a slave to your mind, see your mind as a God commanding your body to do good and become a champion and make a conscious decision to do the right things.

Avoid urges. Depressing thoughts, frustrating situations, things that anger you, avoid them, they weaken your discipline and will. Surround yourself with things that aid you and motivate you, they strengthen you.
