tried my hand at value drawing, kinda sucks. definitely should have started with something simpler than that. and definitely should work on my proportions. I enjoy eyeballing with the pencil but I get tired quickly.
Having shader programming knowledge, I somewhat get how shadows are supposed to work but blending color with a pencil, a "rubber pencil" (don't know what they're called), a regular rubber and a q-tip was quite difficult. not sure where to go from there.
