How can i draw more fluid poses? I started focusing on drawing full body and making studies of it but i can't seem to grasp the feeling of drawing fluidly, it looks stiff as fk, i have like 3 months of drawing experience, i will keep drawing but some guidance besides the sticky would be appreciated.

Also i would like to get into coloring with markers but i know nothing about it besides that everyone uses Copic markers, are there cheaper ones that could compete or compare to Copic?
