You should study clothing folds more. It looks like you just drew a bunch of small random folds at the edge of the arms which is what a lot of beginners (including me) does.

Also look like you might have used pillow shading. You have a appealing rendering style but still need improvement in the foundational drawing side of it (as can be seen from the hands). Maybe you should start practicing figure drawing from just regular paper and pencil for a while too.
