It's a sketch but I'll work on it 15 hours from now on, so I might as well ask and implement the critique on the finished thing.

I wasn't copying any specific style when doing it but I thought of 80/90s anime aesthetic but that has more to do with the rendering and shading that I don't do yet

Message conveyance:
A ghost girl at a graveyard (only represented by the cross at the corner, I sacrificed the floor to show her stupidly long dress) is holding a magical heart of energy (it'll be very bright) that controls the undead (in my head). There's a giant skeleton coming out of the woods looking at her and it's an ambiguous, double-way message for depressed teenagers; the skelly is either empty but will finally find love with her, or she took away his heart. Well I first drew it without thinking about it, but both interpretations seem valid to me. Originally I just wanted to draw a giant enemy coming out of the woods while she's classy and ready preparing some magic spell but the energy having a heart shape changed the whole meaning of the scene and I'm fine with it.

How's this? Still not cleaned up inked but the scene is there. My skill with the pen is the same as a week ago but knowing about the Rule of thirds and flow feels nice. Ideally the heart will be shining so it'll be the true focus by contrast.
