I am trying to construct this assassination scene, but I am new to composition.

looking at it now I think I should move the front bear-guard more to the left corner and maybe drop the figure in the back (between the fox assassin and the bear guard) but I am trying to bring in a crowd, you know, people in the court witnessing the scene

any help and suggestions are very much appreciated
