I didn't draw a single thing today. Have you guys got any tips on time management and productivity?

I've tried google calendar, bullet journals, pomodoro, mini-habits, timeboxing, eliminating all other priorities except drawing, and even enrolling in expensive art classes to keep myself going, but nothing works. I don't know what's wrong with me. I want to be a great animator someday, but at this point things don't see to be going my way.

i'm an animation noob too, he probably used 3d software for that. maybe he did the keyframes first, timed it out, then animated the floor, then animated the breakdowns and inbetweens?

This is probably a bait thread but if you look at his animation works, it's obvious that he has a very good grasp of the drawing fundamentals.

That's just one (unfortunate) example. I guess what's easy to emulate is subjective though, but that comes with skill experience. Something like pic related is easy for me to emulate because I spend a lot of time doing studies of specific styles of artists I like, but it would probably be difficult for someone who is just getting into drawing. Also not going to post my work because fuck being associated with ic.

Fair enough, just goes to show that you can be highly successful even if your art isn't top notch. That should be encouraging if anything. I still love her art and animation though.

Tsukumizu is a really competent mangaka and artist. Not everything has to be about details.
