hi anon!

I think you should focus on anatomy and proportions first. You got a good understanding of the basics. Start by doing messy sketches, and using photos as references, hell, if you want to use your fav artist's art as inspiration, just remember to be messy until you're satisfied, it's a good start. Plus, look at youtube videos of speedpaints, tutorials, shorts, etc.

Draw when you're happy and feel happy, don't burn out, that's a big mistake, play music or take breaks. On this topic try to be happy with your work, avoid sadness and having the feeling that you won't progress, it's really hard to ignore, but we all have been there anon.

Copying an artstyle is totally up to you, you could try by taking simple artsyles, and slowly, but surely, adding more details.

On an unrelated note, you could try drawing clothes, and simplify them with simple lines as some animes do, it gives your drawing more personality.

Color, lighting, and shadows are important, you would be surprised how those three completely change a drawing, it's insane. Avoid using overly bright colors like neon! (they're good, but for beginners, neon colors are a mess).

About the day, choose the time that you want, pick a day, and focus on drawing what you're looking to improve (colors, anatomy, proportions, clothing, etc), hell, just drawing for 5 minutes every day is good enough. Just have fun and keep drawing :)

here's a little guide, so you could have an idea, I'm not professional but i hope it helps, see ya anon-sama.
