I'm gonna blow your mind.
Install the tampermonkey extension on whatever browser you're using.
Install the e-hentai zip downloader script which creates a button on whichever book you're looking at in e-hentai.
Hitting the download button creates a zip file containing every single picture from that page.
I've used it myself countless times, it works without failing me once.
