The eyes are quite a bit too large for a normal sized human face. The nose does will never have dark shadows on both sides like that, don't get into the habit of doing that, it makes the nose look like a symbol. The way the head connects to the neck is wrong; her head is facing toward us, so you would see more of her neck on the right side. Also, the neck is too short on the left, it goes almost right into her shoulder. I'm no expert, but these are the first things I noticed
