go look at some nice colorful art, look up videos on color theory
do some small drawings with bright palettes, then tone it down with some photography studies only focusing on laying down the colors
look up animals with crazy colors like sea slugs or tropical birds
dont be afraid of it, just go at it until you start feeling comfortable
