THAT'S what happened to Jace Wallace (Wakkawa)? Holy shit that is heartbreaking. For those who are unfamiliar with him years ago he was a hot ticket artist; he had fanart series that were viral darlings, was super duper popular on deviantart and got hired on as art director at EA right after graduating from Ringling. He was very skilled at a young age with a bright looking career.

And sad to say but his artwork has definitely deteriorated. He always pretty much just drew pretty girls but he had interesting compositions, color palettes and themes. Now its just bland headshots of pretty girls without all the thought and care that previously made them interesting. His faces used to look more balanced against the highly rendered skin but he got stuck on this overly anime clashing face design that looks like fuckin' Alita. Its so weird seeing so little engagement on his work and so odd seeing him sperg out like that, he was really introverted and barely engaged with his fans at all. I remember talking to the dude. wtf.
