This may seem like a strange request but can anyone provide tips/advice/tutorials that can help me to draw in the famous "North Korean propaganda" style?
I have been wanting to for the longest time but I am a retard. I have noticed as a general rule the thick lines and the ink block style. But I have no idea how to replicate it in photoshop or krita
