Eva had a huge impact on culture and will probably keep having for a few more years, but the main problem is Hideki never really created something nearly as powerful. It maybe because he got rich and famous, while he wrote Eva in absolute misery

Its one of those cases the creation becomes bigger than its creator, Eva is masterful, Hideki not as much but I respect your opinion and kind agree with it
