pro tip no artist ever became proficient by receiving good advice a couple of times they got good by reading a shit load of books and applying their knowledge to thousands of hours of practice. nothing anyone can tell you will ever make you a good artist but they can tell you things that will make your practice more effective. people come here with their shit drawings and expect other people to tell them how to fix them when that's not how it works at all. the best advice is when people can see what the artist is struggling with specifically, such as certain body parts, gesture, perspective or color theory and offer resources and references to refine their abilities.
