I don't know if you were looking for feedback of this nature, but I think your character is very cute and I like to design outfits, so I gave her's a shot.

As mentioned previously, her outfit doesn't really express who she is as a character. I see 'maid' with the dress, but I don't really see waitress or fighter. So I tried to bring those elements in by redesigning her dress--a suspender skirt feels a bit younger and more lively, giving her a collared shirt like a waitress would wear, etc. The sneakers and socks feel sporty, so I gave her some sporty fighting girl gloves. Also, I know you said you're not keen of the ribbon, but I love it. It's so cute, and a long ribbon like that can show a lot of movement in an actiony pose, which is fun.

I also think the shade of purple you picked is a bit clashy with the other colors in the design. I changed it to a shade of purple that's a bit more muted and has more red in it so it works with the bright pink and yellow better.
