Most beginner sjw artists do this until they realize how caricature-ish irl negros and chinks look like and start drawing racially ambigious characters
Some stick to their guns and actually draw anatomically accurate negroes and chinks but they usually get cancelled or accused of making fun of the naturally sunken negro forehead and comicall large lips or depicting chinkoids as the slit eyed hit-in-the-face-with-a-pan look the majority of them have
So sure there are some polloack autists screeching ree at brown characters but mostly it's a hatred for the retards who pander to the snowflake colored people by making them look faux-caucasian while peddling it as "representation in art"
As an brown indian i can testify to the fact that for sane normal people of color who have more than 2 brain cells this blatant pandering is beyond insulting as it implies that even in their wildest fantasies the fucking sjws can't love their own race while re-enforcing the status quo of non-whites being token sjw hires and pressuring the rare few brown artists to conform to their shit Fauxcaucasian ideals

A LOT of people are getting obese. Fast food companies spend billions on marketing and it's not just rich countries, it's happening in poor countries too. In poor countries American products/restaurants are seen as "cool" so they don't have the same shitty reputation they usually do in rich countries
