Depends how much you value yourself to replace part of it with something else. I could not live with not having done 100% of my work. I'd feel as a hack. Like if I used a "city brush" in procreate or photobashed something. I didn't draw it. It just happened to fit my ideas and while for most consumers and working creators it's enough, not for me. I tried it. Tried things from making it add content to drawings, to rendering, to coloring sketches, to fixing AI mishaps. (Picrel was drawn, generated, fingers fixed and some melting hair strands fixed and some minor issues and details like the choker ring) But everytime I just dropped it and went back to drawing it myself. I realized I gain satisfaction and sense of accomplishment by having done it myself the "hard way" how you guys put it. And I just find it fun. The experience of drawing my own shit and the road to the finish is not something autonomous content generation can replace as it's a fundamentally different thing. I want my shit generated by my own head on the spot and my hand making it.

Ethically debatable training aside, I would only go as far as use it for quick reference generation personally, but even then anatomy is often meh. I get why people use it, though. I have nothing against it. Plenty cool memes, plenty porn and cool wallpapers have come out of it and I admit to having used chatgpt for idea storms for my own story I'm writing. It's software that can be used as a tool, but it just as much can be used as a hack and stunt your own development if you ever wanted to draw by yourself. But why would you want to now, right? My .02.

But tripfag you really do have some legit disorder to be this obsessed with this board and your autistic debates that belong in some youtube comment thread. You have such a narcissistic view of art and drawing you don't belong here or anywhere but /g/ and its derivatives.
