More of a cliche that turned into a meme. There's a kang that posts his artwork in my dad's studio. It's all the same shit: some solemn looking black guy (usually either shirtless or dressed in some ancient attire), religious icons, and some reference to Egyptians, slavery or both.

Speaking of him, since he used to draw art for WoW, this loading screen has always entertained me since I since playing again a month ago. The elf in the bottom right is my favorite because he looks like he is trying desperately hard not to stab himself in the face with his shoulders while unsheathing his sword. The hip-thrusting human and ape-like Sylvanas are pretty nice too.
