I feel like I need to solve drawing to solve other life stuff but vice versa.

I already do that quite a bit, it does help a lot. My layers multiply real fast, no pun intended.

Welp, thanks guys, but I guess I am looking more for something like a meditation routine or anything along those lines. Something that helps your mind stop wandering and lets you focus on the task at hand and only that.
