Hampton leg stuff now

Oh, that’s interesting. Looking pretty good, anon
>>6980619
That looks really cool
>>6980632
You’re probably at the level where it would be good to copy artists you like to internalize the style/shape design you like. Then you’ll be able to stylize from life and inject appeal and exaggerate what you think looks cool.

I’d make the bg lower contrast and less detailed/colorful/exciting than the mech. Sweet robot though.

Looks really good. It doesn’t look photorealistic, but it’s believable as a real human likeness. Can we see the ref? You’re the Reilly anon, right? Good progress.

Beautiful, fluid shapes, highly appealing. I would like to see what it looks like when you draw men. Do you have anything more finished?
>>6980750
Cute

Very clean lines.
>time to color
You probably already know value is far more important than color. I wonder if it would be better to think of it as “time to paint”

Do proko or Eviston’s beg course or Betty Edwards’s book or KtD. Then Vilppu or LoveLifeDrawing
>>6980754
Learn to draw while you work on painting. I recommend the above resources. In the beginning, you should paint in black and white to understand values and shapes and edges well. Look up the 2 value system and watch Marco Bucci’s stuff. >>6980775
These look great!

Art’s hard. Just keep going, fren. “If you quit while you suck, you’ll suck forever.” - Mori Calliope apparently
>>6980779
The one with the most drawings

Cute!
