I feel you
I always feel guilty because I spend all my free time playing video games and listening to music instead of drawing

then when I actually force myself to draw i hate it because I suck and only manage to go for like an hour

I call it "bold and brash"

This realization is basically: there is no talent (the godgiven one, which just makes you a good artist, don't start THAT debate now) or divine Inspiration.
Well, blame your parents, teachers and other non-artists for ever making you think differently.
But why the oh no?
You unraveled the mystery.
You're one step closer to becoming an Artist yourself.
What, would you actually prefer divine Inspiration? Which would also mean that you apparently had no access to it or are left to hope to just magically receive it someday?
When I started to see things like that, I was glad, I felt like I "got it" now and realized you can work on these things.
Don't let your admiration for art be diminished by the Absence of some nebulous, romanticized Notion of what an Artists process is like.
