Yesterday I practiced for 12 hours, only taking 10-20 minute breaks every hour or so. towards the end of the day I started feeling some discomfort near my elbow, but today I woke up with small sharp pains there every time I move my arm or wrist a certain way. pretty sure this is what the beginning of tennis elbow feels like. I’ve barely done anything at all today because I’m afraid of worsening it, I’m sort of planning on not doing anything until Monday when I’m sure it’ll be completely gone. i didn’t expect something like this to happen so fucking quick, i thought it would take at least a few days of doing this non-stop before I started feeling anything like carpal tunnel or tennis elbow coming.

I don’t plan on doing 12 hours everyday, but the list of things I want to do on a daily basis will take at least 8-9 hours. I was wondering if my issue yesterday was just not taking any real breaks
