What? the japanese manga/anime industry is over saturated with copy-pasted crap, thats why even in some conventions they host for new artist show their new creations they have a shitload of filters to avoid wastign time with work on ''heavy inspirations'' of some other popular show
Thats why in the last years we never had an anime as influential as EVA, Elfen Lied or fucking K-ON unless you count shonenshit which is basically Narutards, DBZ remake and those kind of bullshit

Don't get me wrong, I love anime/manga too the aesthetic is great, but storytelling/writing wise even capeshit is doing better
