The cause for your unproductivity is not 4chan distracting you but is your own lack of discipline to draw more.
If you unplugged your internet you would instead waste your time by watching tv.
If you unplugged your tv you would instead waste your time playing with a ball in the garden.
And if you threw that away and locked yourself in a plain room in the middle of nowhere with only a pencil and paper avaliable to you, you would waste your time twiddling your thumbs.

You must squash the cause of your unproductivity not the results of it. Become more disciplined, control yourself, stop yourself from browsing 4chan through your own force of will.

When you go against what your conscious tells you to do, you are not in control, you are being led by your animal instincts. The pride of being human is in listening to your conscious and doing what you know to be the right thing.
