Every time a new technology is introduced to the art world, a bunch of luddites lose their minds over it, try to “fight back” against the new technology (which has like, never once worked?), and very often I feel like it’s partly motivated by insecurity from people who don’t have much actual creativity or noteworthy artistic skill, or people who just can’t adapt, because I don’t really understand who else would actually stand to be negatively-impacted by this.
