OK, I am already pro (freelance), but I always wanted to try working for Japanese studio.

I already lived in Japan for couple months (I speak the language, have N2 cert), so I know what I would be getting into except I don't know if Japanese game studios are organized the same way as most of offices in that country- tons of unpaid overtime, not much actual work done. I know asking IC is a bit of a stretch, but anyone here has any experience?
