I gotta say, I really don't like that style, so I don't think I can be completely objective so take what I say with a grain of salt. The shading seems pillowly and not very thoughtfully placed, it seems more you just made lines of shadows following the contours of your lines as opposed to treating it like a three dimensional object. the most egregious of these shadows is the one along the jaw and in the ear. If you were to shade a sphere, is that really how you would apply your shading? Treat what you're drawing as simple solids with more complicated planes.
