practice drawing cubes like that. start with something like two cubes for the upper half of the body and two for the lower half. work out what the cubes look like foreshortened in perspective, turned, tilted, whatever. after that move on to things like cars, shoes, or playground slides. rotate those. then try rotating people around drawing them at every angle rotated and in perspective. look up "krenz perspective" image studies. you need to start with primitives and understand perspective before you can do the body. then it's just filling in the blanks based on the bodily relationships you're using. things like finding midpoints in perspective and subdividing are a must and eventually they'll be ingrained in you.

find krenz stuff that's been subbed, there's some lectures on cgp and an unsubbed mega in the artbook thread i believe
