The line from her bellybutton up to her chest (linea nigra maybe) is not aesthetically pleasing to me nor is it a form that I associate with marine life.

Other than that I appreciate the reference to Ariel's thingamabobs with the phone and the underwater light shimmer is a nice touch as well.
Even the decision to have the colors more skewed towards an underwater blue gamut is wise which brings focus to the contrasting phone and the storytelling.
