Are those all not the same question?
I want to draw even somewhat similar to the artists I like, or even a fraction as appealing the pictures I've saved in my "appeal" folder

Improved would be any step away from my current ability, and a better drawing is literally just closer to the art I already like (and less like the beg slop I always make)

I started off copying entirely the works I did not find very arousing, as the longer I take studying something the less aroused I am by it and he's my favourite artist
