your values aren't right they get way too dark for the parts youre referencing. even then a low definition webcam ref with no distinct key light is harder to push 3 dimensionality. personally i would have used the picture in the middle to reference my colors because its much harder to fuck up warm colors on skin.

anyway another reason why you feel it looks flat is because of the darkness of your features like the mouth and the eyes when as you can see in the "pure value" black and white versions theyre much less contrasted and much lighter. value and color exist in relation to other values and colors. if you soften those things to be more accurate i think it will look much more pleasing
