left eye is droopy and slightly too small compared to the right eye. the eyes were not aligned too well with the ear height. i suggest you add some extra thickness to the back of the skull, even if it is stylized this will add charm to the overall shape.
the neck can also be worked on, see the top right for a suggestion.
