The first problem I'm seeing is a lack of a consistent light source. The shading on the dick/balls don't match the shading on the rest of the body. Also, his dick looks broken. Look at the bump near the base at the top side of the sick. That right there makes it look like that, though now taking a longer look at it, the shape of his pubes could be what's causing me to make the mistake
