okay I think I know what the problem is with your faces

you mix realism with simplification and often the perspective and form is broken
look at the rightmost girl, her mouth is fairly detailed, but the nose is just two lines and it doesn't read well either
her eyes are also placed awkwardly and look very flat
the left-most girl's face looks the most right to me

pic related you drew an amazing face, it's almost like a different artist
everthing has good form

I adjusted the leg so it reads more naturally. An anon from Discord provided a very helpful reference, and so I made the corrections. Thank you very much for your critique. I look forward to rendering this character this weekend!
