Explain these facial proportions. Comparing it to Loomis, the features are drawn much larger and the chin is raised high. I assume a large part of it is for a childlike baby face. Are there any rules of cartooning to note here? Or are all the exaggerations just a certain style the artist developed on their own that I shouldn't try to replicate?
