It's not bad. I would work on more confident lines and better shading technique. When crosshatching, try not to go with the form and then against the form. Or just fill in the shadow so we don't see the hatching. That and just keep going with figure drawing!

I just went over your lines with long, confident strokes and big flat shadow shapes. Hope that helps you visualize it.
