This is why reference is important. until you have a good idea of anatomy, light/shadows, form and gravity you'll need a sample to pull from. Take this picture as an example. You have a relative idea of how a breast should be shaped (though you have the inside of the breast starting WAY too high), but instead of knowing where the shadows should start in order to show the form properly you instead did an outline making it look unrealistic/unnatural, and it looks like they're just tacked on there. There isn't any sense of weight or dimension in your drawing. A decent place to start (other than learning anatomy) would be for you to study the way light and shadows interact with spheres.
