I took the Photoshop Black and White Layer Adjustment and brought the blue's tone down so it looks more like night and less washed out. I also put that adjustment layer on linear burn and turned down the opacity. You can do this in clip studio paint by going into color balance and messing with the settings (although with a more saturated result).
I then took an exposure adjustment layer and used it to pump up some of the edges. and lead the eye across the image. You can do this with any sort of dodge layer too.
There's some better things that can be done like ticking up the blue's saturation and whatever.
Just keep in mind that the darkest color you've used is #131236 which isn't really that dark, so the whole piece looks a little washed out.
Post processing is something that can turn even your worst art into something at least presentable, so it's good to have a program on hand that can do these kinds of things.
