Anatomy aide, I know all the digital painting techniques to render something like OP.

But I know it all intuitively and it would take me hours upon hours redoing parts and smoothing them out and redoing if something comes out poor.
Are there common practices that simplify the process?

As in order of placement, numbers of value per area, when to use airbrush instead of solid+blend, things like that.

I'm especially puzzled by how to add the bounce light without using lasso/wand tools for precise areas and that is very boring.

What does Twitter's API have to do with anything? Pixiv uses Mastodon, and Twitter artists don't need an API to post pictures.
