I am terrible with colors and shading, as you can see. I don't know if its because I'm lazy or I just need more practice or I'm using the wrong technique, which is just picking a darker or lighter color than my base color and using a big soft brush to cover areas that are supposed to be dark... Am I missing something?
Also how can I pic better colors to make it look better? And how do I avoid pixelation?
