Top and bottom-right sections look nice. As pointed out by that other anon above, the outlines of the rocks are too thick, and their overall rendering doesn't reach the same level of detail as that of the areas previously mentioned; the end result makes it seem like you grew tired of coloring halfway through, and just wanted to finish the rocks quickly. I suggest that you make the outlines a lot thinner, and then make the strokes representing texture smaller and more abundant, so that they complement better the look of the vegetation on the right.

The stream looks ok, but, again, it needs a bit more detail, particularly some variation in the strokes that indicate the movement of the water flow. The stream in general looks a bit too even, as if was sliding over a ramp, which is improbable in a natural setting; try to make sure that the water brings to mind the imaginary volumes of the streambed underneath. I also recommend that you try thinking on the surface of the stream as if it was boiling, so that it looks less static, and then add some highlights to hint at the presence of ripples and swirls (pic related).
