this is going really well! i like the look of it and the shading is light and fresh. I suggest not redoing the hand, but instead focusing on the width of the fingers. Also, the eyes lack consistency in shape and the nose bridge should be a bit smoother.
also, i redlined the neck- i hope this helps!
