It may come as Suprise that is a very proliferated image and it's not implausible among other examples to over train that data. Also that is the same concept as using photoshop or another application to create a replica or near replica of an existing work.

I don't know why you are bringing up a LORA but suprise suprise there is also no copyrightable material in those weights aswell. Since we are on the topic a LORA is designed to work ontop of an existing model to add a particular set of parameters that don't exist or don't have the required bias.

Hohohoohoho oh man what a riot that Getty images which is a great example of a unethical corp that sells images not of their own suing an AI corp. A suit that mind you is going nonwhere along with all the other bullshit suit by Ortiz becuase they nothing to base their case on. Litterally everything OpenAI, LAIOn Stable-Diffusion and Midjourny does falls under fair use and belive it or not is not anything different then a search engine does when scraping the web.
